Attorney William A. Alexander focuses on workers' compensation and social security disability cases. For nearly three decades, he has been vigorously advocated for the rights of injured workers. He appears before the state courts of Colorado, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado and the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit.
Over the course of his career, Bill has taken up numerous workers' compensation cases before the Colorado Court of Appeals and Supreme Court and has been the attorney for well over a 100 published and unpublished decisions. He is member of the Workers' Compensation Education Association (WCEA), the Colorado Bar Association and the El Paso County Bar Association.
Attorney Charlotte Veaux handles workers' compensation, Social Security Disability and personal injury cases. Prior to joining our firm, she defended workers' compensation cases for an insurance carrier for three years. Having seen from the "other side" how insurance companies handle cases, analyze claims and deny benefits, she brings unique perspective to our workers' compensation practice. Our clients count on this valuable insight as we strive to negotiate the best outcome possible for them.
Charlotte is admitted to appear before the state courts of Colorado and the United States District Court for the District of Colorado. She is admitted to the El Paso County Bar Association, Women's Bar Association and the Inns of Court. She is a former president of the New Lawyers Section of the El Paso County Bar Association and is past recipient of the New Lawyer of the Year Award from the El Paso County Bar Association.
